Review Fee & Refund Policy

• The submission fee is a manual review fee, not a publication fee.
• Approval is discretionary and never guaranteed.
• Fees are non-refundable if a submission is denied, abandoned, incomplete, low quality, outside the rules, or not selected.
• Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, clear payment errors, or cases where FootHub cannot perform review because of a technical issue on our side.
• Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in blocked submissions and invite-code revocation.

These launch terms are plain-English operating rules for Phase 1 and should be lawyer-reviewed before open public submissions, payouts, or major scale.
