Privacy Policy

• We collect the information you provide in submission forms, including name, email, invite code, uploaded media, consent confirmations, payment metadata, and reviewer notes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe/Forminator. FootHub stores payment identifiers and status, not full card numbers.
• We may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, cookies, and page activity for security, abuse prevention, and analytics.
• Private submissions are visible only to site admins/reviewers and are not public unless approved.
• Denied private submissions may be deleted after 30 days. Approved public content may remain online until removed by us or by valid takedown request.
• Email the site owner to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where legally available.

These launch terms are plain-English operating rules for Phase 1 and should be lawyer-reviewed before open public submissions, payouts, or major scale.
